Facebook Adds Veterans & Military Personnel to its Suicide Prevention Outreach Program

Facebook has added veterans and military personnel to its suicide prevention outreach program. This means that now if a friend or family member of a military personnel or veteran reports to Facebook that they have seen suicidal messages or content on their account, Facebook will then message the military member or veteran with suicide prevention material and contact information for where they can get help.
